Here's what we're getting into:
The theory and science behind the roast. Hands-on time on a sample roaster. Then we finish with a cupping so you can taste exactly what we talked about. Three hours. Only 8 spots total. Real knowledge you can actually use, taught by people of color in an inclusive and accessible environment 🥳
