One of the most common mistakes we see with above-ground pools:
The pool goes in first… then the deck gets designed around it.
That approach usually creates compromises.
For this project we worked with the homeowners during the planning phase. We mapped the deck footprint and elevations directly on the ground so they could visualize the space and ensure the pool height will align perfectly with the finished deck surface.
Designing the pool and deck together always leads to a better result.
