Something’s different this week. The weight feels heavier, but it’s not just the plates. It’s the emotions. One moment, I’m locked in—strong, focused, pushing through. The next, I’m drowning in thoughts I don’t even understand.

Angry. Happy. Lonely. Sad. It’s all blending together, and I don’t know which one is real. Some days, I want to be left alone. Other days, I wish someone would notice.

At least the barbell doesn’t ask for anything. It doesn’t lie. It doesn’t pretend. It just waits. You either lift it, or you don’t. Simple. Honest. Something people rarely are.

Anyway, week 6. Day 2. Today I’m here, tomorrow I might not be.
