The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, prioritize daily tasks, and have a strong ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
*Handle and coordinate staff calendars for payroll data entry
*Send and respond to client email communications
*Answer the phone at the front desk and provide answers to questions about our services
*Schedule and confirm new client evaluations and/or meetings
*Onboard new clients and provide excellent customer service to current clients
*Order inventory and facility supplies
*All billing responsibilities (sending invoices, accepting payments, sending receipts)
*Send weekly, monthly, and annual sales volume reports to all staff using Excel
*Ensure client file organization based on office protocol
*Provide daily facility operations support as needed

Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
*Ability to multitask
*Ability to successfully work independently and with a team
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required
