It's so special to see mother-daughter duo Talley and work side by side to carry forward the tradition Jane Scott began 30 years ago: creating modern heirlooms — beautiful linens made using techniques from generations past, yet translated for the modern home.
Every design is hand-sketched, and every stitch is sewn on a hand-guided machine in our Kentucky studio.

First up are Gary McBournie and Bill Richards, Co-Chair of Nantucket by Design. Together, they’re the duo behind the Boston-based residential interior design firm McBournie Richards, and they’re sharing their thoughts on gracious entertaining, the small details that make a house “feel like a home,” and why they’ve returned to Leontine year after year.
