Project update from Village at Chatham Hills.
The east side of the development is continuing to make steady progress, with framing nearly complete, roofing wrapping up, and rough mechanicals well underway. Drywall is beginning as the first buildings continue moving into the next phase of construction.
Meanwhile, work is beginning on the west side of Chad Hittle Blvd., where foundations for the first six units are getting underway. This marks the start of the next chapter for a significant expansion that will ultimately bring approximately 130 additional homes to the community.
The east side remains on track for its first turnovers later this year, with plenty more progress still to come.

A few members of the Bedrock team recently had the chance to spend some time on Lake Erie with the crew from Sims-Lohman.
As longtime partners supplying cabinetry across many Bedrock projects, it was great to get out on the water, catch some fish, and enjoy the day. 🎣
Thanks to the Sims-Lohman team for a great trip. We appreciate everything you’ve done with us over the years and look forward to many more projects together.
Project update from Village at Chatham Hills.
ROW work is now complete, and framing on the east side is beginning to wrap up. Over the next 30 days, the project will continue moving quickly as MEP, exterior trim and siding, roofing, insulation, and drywall all begin rolling into the next phase.
Foundations on the west side of Chad Hittle Blvd. are also on the near horizon as progress continues across the site.
