a couple weeks ago, I was provided the special opportunity to have a very personal portrait session with Shawn. before my move to Atlanta, I spent many evenings on the couch with my family watching him on Family Matters.

this is a show that began long before I was even thought of but 20+ years later I’m tuned in like it just came out. that speaks to the longevity the show had & still has. timeless television. but that’s not even the best part.

not only did I get a chance to capture Shawn, but I also shared a few hours worth of quality conversation with him during the shoot. his genuine nature & candid perspective were very refreshing. on top of that, he was almost as funny as me! lol thank you again Shawn for taking the time to do this. working with you was a breeze & I had a great time! can’t wait for part 2!
