The price of freedom has come with many transitions as I navigate the best course of transition of supporting members of the veteran community, and those seeking mental health wellness in their lives. This transition also comes with updates from a social media/online presence. As such and in the best interest of this change, with the intention of transparency it is my hope that you will continue to follow with the exciting journey that has brought me these changes from the MST Survivor Project to a focus that encompasses a more direct, inclusive environment that focuses on veterans, and women navigating the highs and lows of life as a result of their traumas that include(childhood, service connected traumas-combat &military sexual trauma, & life) during the journey to wellness.
I look forward to continue sharing with you as these new transitions come to fruition. It is my hope that these measures are meant to be a more supportive environment for those challenged while also meeting the needs of the those seeking growth.
