All these church structures in southeastern Madagascar were destroyed in the recent category 3 hurricane Batsirai with top winds of 156 mph. Clint started these 27 congregations between 1988 and 2004 among the folk-Islamic Antambahoaka and southern Betsimisaraka peoples. Our relief and rebuild strategy is to
rebuild the church structures where people can continue to shelter until they can rebuild their own houses. Also we seek to provide 3 klos of rice per person and 1 kilo of rice seed per person since the current growing season has been destroyed. For this we are asking God for $10.000 for relief to this vast area of decimation. Please pray with us that God would provide this through his people. Gifts can be donated through www.joinersmg.org/donate. All gifts are tax-deductible under Joiners' IRS-approved 501c3 status.
