Not every great rider becomes a great trainer. A rider learns to execute. A trainer learns to observe, adapt, and develop. One focuses on today’s performance. The other builds tomorrow’s potential.
The real question isn’t how well you can ride. It’s whether you’re developing horses, or simply riding them.
Which skill do you believe is harder to master: riding at a high level or developing horses to perform at a high level? I’d like to hear your perspective.
