We’re officially halfway through April, and it’s a great time to jump into one of our adaptive fitness classes if you haven’t yet.
Whether it’s Accessible Yoga, Adaptive Boxing, Seated Fitness, or Zumba, each session is designed to support every ability and help you move in a way that works for you.
