Lake Effect is seeking a highly motivated technician to join our Service Department. Located in Sister Lakes, we’re the premier dealer for MasterCraft Boats, Harris Pontoons, Crest Pontoons & Kawasaki Jet Skis, serving all of Southwest, Michigan.

Key Tasks:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Perform engine diagnostics and repair of Inboard, Outboard & I/O engines
- Repair and install parts and accessories in boats such as but not limited to props, starters, alternators, bilge pumps, steering cables, electric anchors, depth gauges, etc.
- Rig new engines on pontoon boats
- Prep new boats for delivery
- Change oil
- Winterize/Summarize engines and ballast systems
- Perform other tasks as required

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Drivers License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Experience:
- Marine Technician experience is preferred but not required

Schedule:
- Full time
- Be able to work weekends and holidays
- Overtime available during peak seasons

Lake Effect is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Delivery Department. Located in Sister Lakes, we’re the premier dealer for MasterCraft Boats, Harris Pontoons, Crest Pontoons & Kawasaki Jet Skis, serving all of Southwest, Michigan.

Key Tasks:
- Drive boats to and from customers houses
- Transport boats
- Some power washing/cleaning
- Deliver/Pick-up rental boats
- Lake test boats for the service department
- Assist the sales department with new boat deliveries
- Perform other tasks as required

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Drivers License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Experience:
- Experience backing up trailers and driving boats is preferred but not required

Schedule:
- Full time
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
