Great day for baking

My Great great grandmother brought her hand written Christmas pudding recipe from Scotland in the early 1800’s and it has passed down every generation since unchanged. I began making these about 10 years ago as gifts to homesick Expats and folks who grew up celebrating Christmas with this very traditional and delicious treat. We then started getting requests for them and now each year we produce several in various sizes and even a family recipe brandy cream to pour hot over the top. Like my great great Grandma we hand craft every one of these with the very finest 100% organic ingredients. We begin making them in late September ( they need to mature a couple of months before enjoying them). They come in a traditional English porcelain pudding bowl and decorated to be the center piece of the table. We delivered the last order for 2021 today and wanted to thank all our dear friends that ordered from us. From our family to yours Merry Christmas and blessings of the sean.
