Saturday morning’s a great time to get the weekend jump started.
Even better with great friends, good music, and a supportive gym!
How do you keep active during the weekend? 🥊⭐️

Being Gen X in a digital world is actually an advantage.
We remember life before email. It was called the landline telephone. We used it to chat with our best bud's mom to see if they could chat.
We adapted to every new platform - Flash, Photoshop, Premiere...and Atari, Nintendo, then Playstation and Xbox.
We survived without YouTube tutorials. We also survived metal slides, merry-go-rounds, and drinking from the garden hose in the blazing summer time.
We're the bridge generation:
• Analog childhood, digital adulthood
• We can talk to Boomers, Gen Z, and sometimes Gen Alpha like my son (although "67" still stumps me)
• We don't panic when tech fails. (We usually blew on the cartridge or slapped the side of the tv to get it working again. Shame that doesn't work with current tech.)
• We learned to have thick skins and be self-sufficient in our careers.
My 26+ years in digital marketing taught me:
Tools change. Platforms die. Trends fade (The running man or Macarena, anyone?).
But understanding and communicating with various people? That's forever.
We might be known to some as The Forgotten Generation.
But we're also the most adaptable and resilient.
And in this economy? That's gold.
Any fellow Gen Xers out there know what's up?
Any other generations - how do we stack up to you?
