Remember to move your body. Even for 2 mins.
1. Put on a slow song, that makes you feel the way you want to feel.
2. Get on the floor. Breathe. Let the first little bit of the song wash over you, fill you up.
3. Move very slowly, in Any. Way. That. Feels. Good.
4. When the song is over, rest.
