The IRS has officially announced that they will begin accepting tax returns on January 26, 2026 🗓️

⚠️ Important Refund Notice:
If your refund includes the Earned Income Credit (EIC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), the IRS is required by law to hold those refunds until mid-February.

👉 What does that mean for you?
• Your return can still be filed early
• BUT your refund will likely be released late February to early March
• This delay only applies to refunds that include those credits
