Decided to do an early Labor Day sale. Even if you don’t want to do it yourself please share especially with your pregnant friends! 😉
$50 off to the first 4 people who book their encapsulation and $25 off to the next 2 people after that! I never do a sale like this so jump on it if you’ve been thinking about it.
Already gave birth and have your placenta in the freezer? Send me a message, you still might be able to encapsulate 😊
Benefits of encapsulating your placenta:
😃 Preventing postpartum depression: Proponents suggest that ingesting placental hormones helps stabilize mood after birth.
💫 Boosting energy and fighting fatigue: The placenta contains iron, and some believe consuming it can help restore iron levels depleted during childbirth.
🍼 Increasing milk production: Some advocates claim that placental hormones, like placental lactogen, can improve lactation.
🌱 Providing nutrients: The placenta is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.
💕 Reducing pain and aiding recovery: Some claims suggest that certain factors in the placenta offer an analgesic effect.
Just to name a few benefits, full list is on my website on the bottom of the encapsulation page.

I keep going back and forth between excitement and overwhelm. On one hand, Midwifery School feels like the natural next step in my journey and something my heart feels strongly led towards.
On the other hand, the financial piece and not knowing what my maternity leave will look like makes it hard to feel at peace with the timing.
To top it off, my body has been reminding me (loud and clear) that I’m growing a whole human. My trusty varicose veins on my leg have already made their appearance, they come with every pregnancy for me and between those, the nausea, and fatigue, I know I need to be more gentle with myself right now.
I’m being reminded daily to trust God to guide me toward what’s meant for me and my family. Sometimes the answers don’t come right away, and I'm working really hard on that being okay.
Have you ever had to make a big life decision while navigating pregnancy or postpartum? How did you know what path to follow?
