February 22, 2026, the Highlands County Black History Exhibit was blessed with a special presenter and presentation -- Mr. Herbert R. Doggett, Jr. (standing room only). His cap says it all... Mic Drop!

Look who stopped in at the Exhibit, Sunday, Attorney Winnie Jean-Pierre and Rose. Winnie presented "Estate Planning," and it was refreshing to see Rose, whom I haven't seen in while, but still gleaming.

We're open, come on out to the Lakeshore Mall, Sebring, Florida and visit the 2026 Highlands County Black History Month Exhibit.
