I'm very excited.

If you've been following along you know that I've been remodeling homes for YEARS and for more than a year now I've been finalizing designs for not so tiny homes to help with the affordable homes crisis.

While I feel good about the designs I've come across, I became worried that if I focussed solely on working with small residential investors, all I wound end up with were cool designs that I would sell occasionally.

One day it hit me.

Not only is there a shortage of affordable homes EVERYWHERE but there are Churches and institutional investors who own land and are looking for ways to use their land to help people or simply add value to the surplus land they already own.

WHAT IF I combined my years in Real Estate and my vision to provide cool affordable homes, with investors who want to fund not so tiny houses for people to rent or purchase?

We are finalizing our design of our first Cottage Community and have scheduled a meeting with an institutional investment group who owns dozens of RV parks across the country.

If you can't find the right opportunity maybe you need to create one. :)
