I had the honor of photographing @bendurbangardens during one of her hands-on workshops at the Demonstration Garden, and wow—what a morning! Ashley was in her element, guiding a group of eager learners through veggie beds bursting with color and life. Ashley’s work is so much more than gardening. She’s empowering Central Oregonians to grow their own food, connect with the land, and build confidence in their backyards. Watching her teach hands-on and witnessing the joy in her students’ faces was something special. This session reminded me how much beauty there is in purpose-driven work… and how magic happens when women share their knowledge with heart.
