Comment “omelette” for the recipe!!
A great way to start the day!
Not a lot of carbs in this one so I eat this on gym day and eat some quick carbs before the gym.
So the omelette is really high protein and high volume so it’s going to keep me full for several hours. Then I’ll have some quick carbs before the gym which will power me for the entire workout.
