Had a great experience at the OHSAA D1 State Finals in Columbus this week. Played well enough to be close to the top but just couldn’t take advantage of many birdie putts. Though a 76-76 and a T20 finish is not what I was hoping for, I know I left alot of strokes on the golf course and have alot room for improvement. Hopefully I’m fortunate enough to make it back my senior year, as I know my hard work this winter will put me in a position to compete for the Championship. We had the biggest following at the tournament, and thank you for all the support. This town rocks! Back to work tomorrow!

Our team fell a little short today, and I will miss the seniors and all we have accomplished over the last 3 years. Next year will not be the same without them. On a positive note, I was able to post a 75 today at Glenview to take home one of the three individual qualifying spots for the Division 1 state finals next week in Columbus. Back to work tomorrow.

Our team battled the cold, windy, wet conditions to win the MVL tournament at Locust Hills and finish undefeated on the year. Congratulations to Trinity on her third place individual finish. I struggled on the greens today but was able to come in with a 77 and win medalist honors. Back to work tomorrow to prepare for sectionals.

Had my first hole in one in the practice round today at Trump National Doral. Number 9 on the Golden Palms, 153 yards.
