Fun project here at Branford Point for these two historic properties!

-Complete roof replacement for the larger house in the back

-Updated septic systems for both houses (large & small)

-Added an upper deck with a sliding door so the owners can enjoy the ocean views from the master bedroom.

-Added a bottom patio below the upper deck

-Built a custom staircase that leads down to the water and private beach area

Going to be a fun summer at this place!
