Pay starts at $16 and hour and goes up to $20 and hour.

Of course certified jobs pay prevailing wage on fedral state and city funded projects which ranges from $50 to $73 hourly.

We have multiple units our drivers run.

Once trained up and capable we do offer raises after a full year of employment.

There are also Performance bonuses based on project completion and ability to

stay safe
Keep trucks fueled
Greased
Cleaned
And washed

Performance Bonuses can bring the total wage package up to $35 or $40 an hour and obviously the ability of drivers plays a part in earning larger performance bonuses
