Today, my heart is full of gratitude for the power of collaboration.

One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been meeting incredible women who are committed to serving our community with love, purpose, and authenticity. When we choose collaboration over competition, we create opportunities that truly change lives.

I'm especially grateful for Phyllis Hunter and the amazing work she is doing through It's a New Life. Thank you for creating spaces where women can grow, heal, and discover the strength they already possess. It is an honor to partner with women who understand that empowering one woman creates a ripple effect for families, businesses, and our entire community.

As we prepare for What Makes You Beautiful: Empower Within, I'm reminded that our mission extends beyond one conference. It's about building relationships, lifting each other up, and making sure every woman knows she is worthy of being seen, heard, and celebrated.
