Please enjoy the title track from my short film Le Monstro.
The song is Soiree En Mir by Camille Saint-Saens and it was arranged by Ian Rashkin, and performed by Ian Rashkin, Christine Lopez and yours truly.
"Le Monstro" is an indie short film about unrequited love, beauty, and acceptance; and is inspired by the Victorian Ape Woman, Julia Pastrana, and her husband Theodor Lent. You can watch it on my YouTube page linked in the comments.
GR Films is proud to sponsor the Lois Weber Film Festival!
I’ve loved helping bring this event together—from planning and press to graphics—because supporting women in film and giving their stories a platform truly matters.
Here’s to another year of uplifting women’s voices and celebrating their incredible work. And of course, this festival wouldn’t be possible without the many dedicated people working behind the scenes to make it happen.
I hope you’ll join us March 20–22. We have some truly lovely things planned for our attendees and filmmakers. See you there! 🎬🥂🍿

We had an incredible read-through today for Trash Queen, a horror comedy that Emily and I have been working on for more than three years! We are in the final stages of proofreading, and then--it’s time to start fundraising. We are so excited...look for lots of new updates coming SOON!
