So I’ve been keeping it quiet for these last 2 weeks, but I made it into nursing school! I am excited to see where this journey takes me and nervous for my mental strength to persevere, but I know I will make it out to the other side! One step at a time ❤️

I don't think I will ever get over how much I love these photos! ❤
Many people think birth photography is always graphic, but I don't think they realize it doesn't have to be 🧡
I know I sure didn't realize that with my first. I wanted as few people in the room as possible. Now I look back and wish we had photos. My mom thankfully snapped a few, but it was really only a few before and then right after baby was born. I really wish I had known.💛
Yes, birth photographers usually try to get a few shots of baby crowning or in-between the womb world and the outside world. However, that doesn't mean that you have to have those shots taken! Those shots can also be taken from more 'modest' angles if that is what you prefer. All you have to do is let your photographer know your preferences. Birth photographers are there to document a completely transformational experience in your life. 💚
did such a wonderful job with Em's birth photos. She has completely sold me on its importance. I will never not recommend having someone there to capture the incredible journey into parenthood 💙
I can only hope I will be a fragment of how good she is in the future 💜
