Rounded out Week 1 of my DEF Reset with a class. All five workouts complete, AND I’m on Day 5 of PMA Fitness challenge.

I’ve definitely committed to getting up earlier than I’m usually comfortable, given my schedule, BUT today is the most cut-and-dry “Wake Up Before the Enemy” and “Get After It” morning. I hit it hard as the Sun was cresting the mountains!
