I’m so excited to share something close to my heart, my mission, which is to help others heal from within and bring balance back into their lives. I offer 1:1 Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coaching, based in Integrative and Ayurvedic Nutrition.
To make my services more accessible and to give back to my community, I’m offering my programs on a “pay-what-you-can” basis. Service and connection are at the heart of my work, and this is my way of honoring that value and supporting those who are ready for change.
