Traveling this week for a conference and got to stop at after hearing so many raves! I was immediately greeted by the owner, Joy. She lives up to her name! So friendly and welcoming! I grabbed a “Blind Date with a Quilt” kit and couldn’t wait until I get back home to open it up. Stitched in Schertz will be a must stop when I’m in the San Antonio area!

✨ Christmas magic doesn’t have to wait until December!

Penny stitched up this beautiful BoBevelynn quilt, and it’s giving all the cozy Christmas vibes. From the sweet holiday fussy-cut centers to the cheerful mix of pinks, aquas, reds, and warm browns, every block feels like a little peek into a festive storybook.

To finish it off, we quilted it with the Soho pantograph, adding soft, modern texture that complements the bold stars without taking away from the beautiful fabrics. The flowing curves bring the whole quilt together with just the right amount of movement.

Dara created a beautiful Americana quilt featuring bold sawtooth stars, vintage-inspired fabrics, and historical prints that celebrate our country’s story. Every time you look at it, there’s another fabric to admire!

To complement the theme, we quilted it with Stars Quilting 1 from .longarm.quilting. The swirling stars add just the right amount of texture and shine while enhancing the patriotic feel without taking attention away from the piecing.

It’s always a joy to help bring quilts like this to life. Thank you, Dara, for trusting me with another beautiful finish!

🇺🇸 Friendship, quilting, and a celebration 250 years in the making. 🇺🇸

This beautiful flag quilt was made by Abbie, who teamed up with her bestie, Haley, to create matching quilts in honor of America’s 250th birthday. I absolutely love seeing friends share this hobby and make memories one stitch at a time. It was an honor to get to quilt both of their quilts!

To finish it off, we chose the Good Vibrations pantograph from .elementz . The gentle curves add beautiful texture and perfectly mimic the movement of waving flags without distracting from the piecing. ❤️🤍💙
