The office will be CLOSED Thursday May 28 - Saturday May 30 while I head to Chicago for advanced training to continue sharpening my skills and bringing even more value, recovery strategies, and results back to my clients.

I don’t take continuing education lightly.
The better I become, the better I can serve the athletes and people who trust me with their bodies, recovery, and performance.

That also means this is a SHORT week and there are ONLY 2 spots left before I leave:
