Who is Resonance Health Guides?

We are a Health and Wellness Coaching company who is whole-person centered. We believe all spheres of a person’s life impact his/her overall health and well-being (See graphic below). Physical health is largely impacted by other factors such as your relationships, finances, and career. So as we work with you on individual health and wellness goals and how to meet them… we look at each sphere of your life and tackle them bit-by-bit in small and workable measures. We have often made financial goals and work part of our health coaching process. Because as more financial freedom comes, physical health more naturally then rises to the front and becomes suddenly more clearly feasible!

Health coaching with Resonance Health Guides will seek to allow you to amplify your life and be that external force that will guide you towards all spheres of your life receiving the right energy to help you function in a more full way!

PACK THE PROTEIN : LUNCH EDITION

Here are 3 recipes that are relatively easy and quick to prepare that will give you that mid-day hit of protein we all need!

Get creative with these… I often buy butter lettuce at Sprouts or my local grocer to use as wraps… stuff your chicken salad into a pita for a grab-and-go work lunch, or serve these over greens. You can spread some of the chicken salad onto some sandwich bread for your kiddos’ lunch, too. Add your favorite healthy sides if needed— and, Enjoy!
