Helping Hand HVAC & Maintenance

So this morning I decided to visit all 7 properties that is currently open under helping hand and UIG. Some is on the final stages and some just started. Last year taught me a lot and this things I needed to correct. Employment is at the top of the list. Something I don’t like to do but changes had to be made to fit the brand. Even though I’m short staff I’m still able to try people out and build it accordingly. It’s a blessing to have my hands into both sides hvac and construction. 2025 is going to be milestone but only with the right team involved. Just don’t see alot of people working today though maybe I fired too many boss. 🤔🤔
