Good morning everyone hope all of you plan to have a great weekend!

I'd like to share with you my reason for becoming a Coach for Team Beachbody.

I listen to the news on the radio and on tv and hear that our country is having a signifigant problem with people becoming really over weight. The video in the link below shows an inspiring video of how one guy completely transformed his life through the exercise and nutrition products that Beachbody provides. Though he won $100,000 through the Challenge Groups that our Coaches hold I believe that this guy gained much more than a big check, he gained back his life.
