We were contacted by a homeowner who needed one of their front columns on their home repaired and tuckpointed.

The basement of this nearly 100 year old home needed some help. The original owner had put up a particle board material on all the walls. Throughout the years, the basement had a few water issues and the material on the wall absorbed a lot of the water and had become soft and was falling apart. The owner of the home asked that all of the particle board be removed and any of the brick walls behind it be scraped and painted and left bare. The pictures you see are the before with the after immediately following it.

Client wanted to install a first floor half bath in an existing enclosed back porch. The scope of the project included enclosing the space, installing a toilet and sink and running electrical for a light and an exhaust fan. Due to the lack of space, the client requested a pocket door be installed.

Homeowner had some damaged siding they wanted repaired. Replaced, painted and left the client happy but severely disappointed the local squirrel population
