Every time someone says, "People are cooking with beef tallow again?" I kind of smile.

Again?

Long before grocery store shelves were lined with dozens of bottles of processed oils, families cooked with simple fats they rendered themselves. It wasn't a trend—it was just supper.

Maybe some of the old ways are worth hanging onto.

I wish I could tell you I have a 10-step skincare routine.

I don't.

I've always been drawn to products that are simple and easy to stick with. If it's too complicated, I probably won't keep doing it.
