Behavior Interventionist (Tulare, Porterville)

ABCStrategies is looking for dedicated individuals to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays to reach their potential. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will be working with a small team consisting of the supervisor, coordinator, patient and family. Behavior Interventionists provide one-to-one ABA services to children with ASD in home, and or community settings.

We offer:
• Flexible Scheduling (Part-Time 15-20hours/week)
• Work for the afternoon hours
• RBT Supervision Available
• On-site Training
• Additional Compensation for Drive Time
• Assistance in your education goals: free supervision, letters of recommendation, and tuition assistance toward advanced certification

Employment Requirements:
Spanish Speaking Perferrably
• Must have 1 year of experience working with children
• Ability to give a 1 year commitment
• HS Diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation
• Available for at least 15-20 hours/week between the hours of 2pm and 7pm
• Ability to Stand, Sit, Squat, Bend, Twist and lift 50lbs
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance
• TB Clearance and Immunization records
• Pay Incentives for completion of RBT Certification
