Sure, we’ll miss those dependable trickles of fractions of pennies—and the ever-looming promise of ✨EXPOSURE✨—but in classic fashion, we’re making this move several years behind schedule.

Spotify’s always been a rough deal for artists, but the recent pivot toward indefensible AI defense contracts made it feel even weirder to stay.

Our music’s still easy to find on a bunch of other platforms (some that even pay artists like they mean it).
