Our shelter here in Phoenix seems to want to kill dogs - this is the list of all JUST for SEPTEMBER- MCACC should be ASHAMED and everyone who dumps their dog or animal here is dooming them to a highly likely death at the hands of this so called ‘no kill’ shelter.

This is Mandy- we believe a Dutch shepherd Labrador Retriever mix. She is about 7 months old . She will be released for adoption soon. She likes other pups and dogs but really attuned to her human companion- so much so we think she has the personality and character to be a service dog someday! She’s THAT special! Already crate trained and leash savvy, she is a wonderful pup and should be available very soon through Arf-Anage Dog Rescue . You will not regret having a dog like Mandy!
