Holding a BBA in Real Estate, Lane combines a deep understanding of market mechanics with two decades of practical, hands-on industry expertise to make the financing process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

As a resident of Denton for 22 years, Lane knows the local Texas market inside and out. His philosophy is simple: cut through the financial jargon, deliver honest and transparent communication, and build customized loan strategies that genuinely fit each client’s unique life goals.

Whether you are buying your very first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or looking to refinance, Lane focuses on building lasting relationships rooted in trust and accessibility. Outside of the office, you can usually find him exploring the vibrant local community, working on technical 3D printing projects, or spending time at home with his wife, Katie, and their two cats, Raphael and Veud.
