The February numbers are in, and they reveal some interesting trends for single-family homes:

โžค ๐˜ผ๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™œ๐™š ๐˜ฟ๐™–๐™ฎ๐™จ ๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ ๐™š๐™ฉ: 35 days (no change to February 2024).

โžค ๐™‰๐™š๐™ฌ ๐™‡๐™ž๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™จ: 910 (-7% to February 2024).

The Oakland County market remains tight, with low inventory continuing to drive competition among buyers and price growth.

While the median sale price edged up, the decline in new listings and closed sales signals an overall slower market. This is likely because elevated home prices and higher interest rates are dampening market activityโ€ฆand, letโ€™s face it, so is the political and economic volatility.
