I started learning to make my own bread close to a decade ago, can’t believe how the time flies! These are some of my favorites. In order: Milk bread, hoagie rolls, rosemary sea salt bread, jalapeno cheddar sourdough, classic sourdough, yeast rolls, French loaf.

This Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar-inspired cheesecake was DELICIOUS - inside AND out! Who's excited for the holidays when I put cheesecake back on the menu??

Sweet/sour Italian bread… I used some of my sourdough culture in this one, it gave it JUST the right amount of tang to compliment the sweet dough perfectly!

I’m honestly so jealous of the customer who got to eat this Italian loaf!!! It smelled so good and was still warm when she got it :)
