Today is Earth Day, a severely underrated celebration of our planet. The healthier the earth is the healthier we are as humans. Did you know that heart disease, lung disease, and cancers are more likely to occur in populations where there is more pollution? Although these diseases are also influenced by genetics, diet and lifestyle choices- it makes sense that by decreasing the amount of litter, pollution and other environmental issues plaguing the earth that we would also be healthier too. We should celebrate Earth Day every day and take steps to heal our planet and in turn ourselves. What can you do to be more eco friendly- drop it in the comments ⤵️

Just a few minutes ago at our weekly office meeting, my team was recognized as the top producing team of the week. I am so grateful to lead a hardworking team and how they showed up for themselves, not just me, when I was on vacation this past week. This is a true example of what being a leader is- it’s inspiring people to not only work hard for their own personal goals but for a bigger team goal as well. Keep up the great work- I cannot wait to see what we do this week and I am proud of each and every one of you! 👌🏼
