Five years of FFA project sessions, and this bond might be the most magical I’ve seen. Above all else, it’s the relationship that gets me every time. Thumper might as well be a little puppy following Josh around—sweet, gentle, and loves his boy.

We stepped away for just a moment to grab a few photos of Josh by himself, and Thumper cried for him the whole time. Cute and a little heartbreaking all at once. 🥹

Good luck to these two this afternoon as the goat show begins. I know all the FFA parents are proud of the care, patience, and love the students poured into their projects. 🐐💙

So special seeing the dedication, pride, and heart these kids bring to their projects. Each year I donate a mini project session to the silent auction for the following year—Audrey’s mom snagged it, so here she is with her lamb. A small way CRP gives back to a program that shapes such incredible young people.
