Decimalz is hiring 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 (experienced and fresh) to sell digital and creative services to international clients through platforms like Discord, Twitch, and online communities.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀: Morning & Evening shifts available

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Engage with potential clients via Discord, Twitch, and online communities
• Identify sales opportunities and convert conversations into clients
• Guide clients on available services and packages
• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Comfortable using Discord and online chat platforms
• Strong written English communication skills
• Sales or community engagement experience preferred
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality

Required Profile

- 3+ years of successful online marketing experience in either software industry including B2B and SaaS, or at an ecommerce brand or agency.

- Experience in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns.

- Experience creating credible, professional content that moves people and builds brands.

- Roots in brand and product marketing with an emphasis on strategic storytelling.

- Experience with ecommerce software or enterprise software.

- Understanding of Software-as-a-Service platforms, customer journey, engagement and retention.

- Experience of creating original and creative content for a variety of marketing materials including website, blog posts, emails, infographics, podcasts, video scripts and more.

Decimalz is looking for experienced React Native developers with minimum 2 years of experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

• Proven experience of developing mobile apps using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with Redux & React Native CLI
• Knowledge of ES6
• Experience of using native libraries
• Understanding of cross-platform application architectures.
• Experience of developing prototypes and robust high-volume production applications
• Experience of integrating mobile applications with external APIs/web services
• Understanding of JSON, REST services, Web API, SOAP, ASMX
• Understanding and experience of advanced concepts like XAML, MVVM/MVVM Cross, LINQ, etc.
