Starting my day in New Caney inspecting this beautifully renovated house in Roman Forest. Then I’m headed to Conroe for an afternoon warranty inspection. Once I get back home, it’s back in the truck to head to CStat for dinner with Brittan Simpson just because he’s awesome and we love him! 💪🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

I did two new construction inspections today and both houses had improper installation of the roofline gutters.
The back side of the gutter should be installed under (behind) the drip edge rather than over (on top) the drip edge. I’ve been seeing this way too often on new construction inspections lately.
Rain water will find the least point of resistance and with improper installation of the gutters will likely be an issue for the new home buyer.
