If you are a survivor of brain cancer and would like to attend our event, please fill out this Google Form:
As a survivor, you and one guest will receive free admission to the tournament, along with access to the VIP seating (non-wheelchair accessible, our apologies) in the Champion Rink.

You are more than welcome to invite and encourage as many friends and family members as you would like to come to the event, but please understand only ONE of your guests will receive free admission with you.

Drop the Puck on Cancer Survivor Registration *This event will take place in Toledo, OH

Our official Fundly fundraising campaign will be running shortly. Until then, we encourage you to send donations through the Venmo App. Just be sure to include any fraternity team you would like the donation to go towards.

All donations will be going to the American Brain Tumor Association, however, the two fraternities with the most donations will receive byes in the tournament!
