The Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) shared the newest news about houses. Here’s what’s going on:

🏡 Plenty of Homes for SaleThere are just over 13,000 homes on the market. That’s a little less than last month, but still way more than this time last year. Buyers definitely have choices!

⏳ Homes Are Taking Longer to SellIt’s taking about 20% longer for homes to go under contract compared to July. People are shopping around and not rushing. Sellers need to be patient and realistic.

💰 Prices Are Holding SteadyThe average home price in August was around $716,000, with the median at about $593,000. That’s just a tiny bump from July—so overall, prices are staying about the same.

🎯 What This Means
Buyers: More time to shop, compare, and negotiate.
Sellers: The right price and good presentation are key to getting your home sold quickly.
