About a year and a half ago I ran a small experiment.

It was during an event called AI Festivus in December 2024. I showed up with a few rough sketches, some field notes, and a question that had been bouncing around my head for months:

How do we stay future-oriented when AI keeps shifting the ground under our feet?

The conversation that night was electric. People were curious, excited, a little uneasy, and very thoughtful. We ended up talking about imagination, decision-making, and what it means to think clearly when the systems around us are learning and changing.

After that night, I kept writing.

Those notes turned into more conversations.
Those conversations slowly became a book.

The Future AI Mindset: Curiosity Field Guide for Imagining Your Tomorrow is now out in the world.

While writing it, I realized something. Reading about ideas is one thing. Practicing them is another. So I started building exercises that help people actually use the ideas in real time.

I began running those sessions with groups in person. Leaders, researchers, builders, curious humans. The discussions were fascinating and a little different every time.

So now I’m opening the experience up more broadly. I’m hosting a six-week live virtual workshop based on the book:

Future AI Mindset: A 6-Week Intensive Field Guide for Imagining Your Tomorrow

Over six weeks we’ll build things like:

• a personal Future AI Mindset statement
• an Applied Futures Map
• a backcasting pathway
• a decision anchor for navigating uncertainty
• and a personal practice you can carry into your work and life

We start Monday, March 30 and meet one hour each week for six weeks, with a few small assignments along the way.
