Nutritious Motherhood
It’s so important to make sure to include more veggies in our meals.
I challenge my clients to eat a wide variety of different veggies on a daily basis. Veggies offer powerful fiber for our digestive systems.
Did you know that the fiber feeds the beneficial bacteria that live in our guts?
The same bacteria that work to keep us healthy.
I encourage my clients to try and incorporate veggie into every meals and snack but we always celebrate the little wins along the way.
What veggies have you had today?
As part of your self-care routine, incorporate movement in your day as often as possible.
I like to mix it up.
Today included a short yoga sesh!
Nothing is too small. Start where you are 💕
